Mr. Wineland has over 30 years of experience at Ford including managing plants, purchasing groups, MP&L functions, and business development (M&A) activities. Mr. Wineland was part of a top management team which restructured Ford. He did extensive work with the President of Ford Visteon and made many presentations to the Chairman and Vice Chairman of Ford. Mr. Wineland also served on the Board of the Ford owned Tier 1 supplier operated by Mr. Cygan.
